For anyone that is fan of French fashion house Balmain and is also passionate about everything makeup, Balmain is set to partner with beauty giant L’Oréal on an affordable lip line. The two brands are slated to partner on a collection of 12 new Color Riche lipsticks, which will be released during Paris Fashion Week this September.
