The Real Style online shop (the “Real Style Shop”) is brought to you by Real Style Network Inc. (“RSN”, “we”, “us”).
By shopping in the Real Style Shop, you are entering into an agreement with RSN for the purchase and sale of consumer products or services. You acknowledge having read and understood these Terms and Conditions for the Real Style Shop (the “Terms and Conditions”), as well as the RSN Website Terms of Use  and Privacy Policy which are incorporated by reference and accordingly, you agree to abide by them, as well as any future modifications that may be made. Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. (“Shopify”), which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Personal Information
When you make a purchase through the Real Style Shop, Shopify collects certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone number (collectively, your “Order Information”). Shopify provides RSN with your Order Information so that we can fulfill any orders placed through the Real Style Shop (including arranging for shipping). Your Order Information will otherwise be dealt with and protected in accordance with RSN’s Privacy Policy 
Payment information (including credit card numbers) is collected by Shopify and is not collected by, or shared with, RSN nor does RSN have any access to this information. Payment for all purchases is completed by Shopify. For further information, please refer to Shopify’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the RSN website. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear on the Real Style Shop. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for a product or service made available on the Real Style Shop is void where prohibited by law.
Please note that upon placing an order, an order confirmation is automatically emailed to you. An order may be cancelled by RSN due to insufficient stock, inability of Shopify to authorize a credit card or suspicion of fraudulent intent. RSN will have the right to refuse or cancel any such order. If you have already paid for such order, you will be issued a refund for the purchase.

We ship out packages multiple times a week. Shipping charges are non- refundable. Once your item has been shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you directly, so that you can monitor the status of your package. All shipping charges, including any additional fees such as customs, duties or taxes that may be owed on the package are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Free Shipping:
Real Style will pay for cost to package and ship items.  Purchaser is responsible for any customs, duties, taxes or fees charged to deliver items. 

Refunds & Exchanges:
All sales are final. RSN will only consider replacing or refunding an item if it is defective or damaged. RSN will review concerns regarding defective or damaged items on a case-by-case basis and, at RSN’s sole discretion, may provide an exchange option for a similar priced item or offer a refund upon return of the defective/damaged item. If you have a concern with your purchase, please contact RSN at within one (1) week of receiving the item and notify us of your concern. If your item is defective or damaged, please include a photo of the item with your email.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. All associated costs of shipping for returned orders are the responsibility of the customer. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, we cannot control or guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
