The much anticipated OVO Fest will be taking place in Toronto on August 7, and is set to feature none other than Toronto’s own Drake. He will be joined by artists like Majid Jordan, Roy Woods, DVSN and PARTYNEXTDOOR. All of this year’s artists are signed to Drake’s record label, OVO Sound.
Last night, the official opening night of the 2017 Luminato Festival took place at Toronto’s David Pecaut Square. For this season, the grand opening of the annual arts and culture festival paid homage to First Nations performers. With a theme of Tributaries, the focus of the night was traditional Indigenous music and arts.
