The weather is finally warming up and its finally time to get outside and explore! Toronto has many great places to visit and explore on a day out with the family or when venturing out for some alone time. Check out some of favourite Toronto things to do outdoors.

Evergreen Brick Works: A truly unique space in Toronto’s Don Valley, Evergreen Brick Works engages visitors through interactive workshops and community festivals, and offers a full suite of programs combining ecology, design, technology and the arts in a hands-on, multi-sensory educational experience. Don’t miss the popular Saturday Farmer’s Market!

Toronto Beaches: Enjoy some fun family time at one of the city’s pretty beaches. Sugar Beach and Sunnyside beach are among the most popular.

High Park: Toronto’s largest park offers a variety of activities including hiking trails, sports facilities, a beautiful lakefront, a dog park, kids playgrounds and much more.

Toronto Island Park: A short ferry ride from Toronto, this special area for visitors offers up great hiking, sunning and kids activities.

Scarborough Bluffs: Billed as a great place to come to when you are looking for a quiet secluded area along the waterfront of east Toronto. The bluffs stretch for about 15 km along the Lake Ontario shore, from the Eastern Beaches of Toronto in the west, to East Point Park in the east. The Scarborough Bluffs are a significant geological feature resulting from the accumulation of sedimentary deposits over 12,000 years ago. They were formed by the natural processes of wind and water erosion from Lake Ontario.
