A Hollywood Holiday!

The holidays are a magical time in Tinseltown. From lights, camera, (and festive) action, Real Style is guiding your sleigh to all of our go-to spots. Warning: you might not want to leave a lit up Lalaland.

SAVOR: Forget about a white Christmas—we’re dreaming of a pink one at The Beverly Hills Hotel! Whether posing amidst the dazzling décor, sipping a holiday-inspired cocktail at Bar Nineteen12, or treating yourself to a festive flavoured soufflé (the eggnog is pictured) at the Polo Lounge, during the ‘12 Days of Soufflé’ (from December 12 to 23), the Pink Palace is definitely Insta-worthy.

SEE: The Holidays at Universal Studios Hollywood are ah-may-zing (trust us) and guaranteed to put any Grinch in the festive spirit…and did we mention that Grinchmas is in full swing? Snap pics with the guy in green (and his dog Max!) and don’t miss the nightly Who-lebration tree lighting par-tay, complete with a faux snowfall. Or, if a visit to Hogwarts is on your holiday bucket list, take in Christmas in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. ‘Tis the season for hot Butterbeer, after all.

SHOP: Oh, what fun, it is to go shopping! Both gifting to others and buying for yourself (think, clothing, accessories, beauty, and electronics) are made easy at The Grove. Visit the Dior Fragrance Holiday Pop-Up (until December 29) and snag a new fragrance from the Maison Christian Dior collection to spritz-on as you work the holiday party circuit. Then continue the shop-a-thon by hopping in a ride-share (with Santa) to the nearby Beverly Center and Saks Off 5th.

SING: Swap basic caroling for a Mariah Carey-worthy sing-a-long at the Walt Disney Concert Hall in downtown Los Angeles. There you can join the LA Philharmonic orchestra and belt-out tunes at either their ‘Holiday’ or ‘White Christmas’ Sing-Alongs—December 21 and 22, respectively.

SIP: The holidaze can make anyone need a cocktail! And what better spot to take in the city lights and a merry martini, than the rooftop at the Waldorf Astoria in Beverly Hills. Head up before the sunset, and keep your eyes on the sky…in case you see Rudolph, of course—well, and a few stars.
