The Holistic Home: Feng Shui for Mind, Body, Spirit, Space by Laura Benko, Helios Press: Written by holistic feng shui expert Laura Benko, this new tome aims to incorporate the concepts of mind, body and spirit and explain how these elements can craft a healthy space. For décor lovers with an interest in feng shui, The Holistic Home examines the importance of positioning furniture, organization and atmosphere. If you’ve been dreaming of a serene living room or heavenly bedroom, it may be worthwhile to take a deeper look at the role of holistic design.

Shades of Grey: Decorating With The Most Elegant of Neutrals by Kate Watson-Smyth, Ryland Peters & Small: While the title may bring the idea of E. L. James’ 2011 novel to mind, Shades of Grey actually offers decorating ideas for incorporating this timeless neutral into your home. Written by interior design journalist Kate Watson-Smyth, this book aims to explore the world of grey paint and teach readers how to find their perfect shade.

Inside Venice: A Private View of the City’s Most Beautiful Interiors by Toto Bergamo Rossi, Rizzoli: You may not reside in Venice yourself, but you can always bring aspects of gorgeous Venetian design into your own space with this new read. Set to hit the shelves on March 29, this book is the work of the Venetian Heritage Foundation head, Toto Bergamo Rossi. It also features a foreword by a number of creative names, including designer Diane Von Furstenberg, architect Peter Marino, film director James Ivory and photographer Jean-François Jaussaud. As for the volume itself, it explores 72 Venetian properties, which range from private homes to hotels.

Lauren Conrad Celebrate by Lauren Conrad, Dey Street Books: As a fashion designer and former TV personality, 30-year-old Lauren Conrad has taken a step into décor with her latest book (which comes out on March 29). Staying true to its title, Celebrate claims to offer budget-conscious tips and advice on entertaining and hosting parties at home. Of course, it focuses on decorating your space for a variety of special occasions, whether the event of the year is a housewarming party or bridal shower.
