Coco Rocha may be best known for strutting the international catwalks, but it looks like a new job description is in the works for the Canadian beauty. According to Women’s Wear Daily, the 27-year-old supermodel has now taken an ownership role at modelling agency Nomad Mgmt.

WWD reports that Rocha and her husband, artist James Conran, have joined forces with Nomad’s managing director Damon Rutland and co-founder Roman Young. Although Rutland and Young are said to have a majority stake in the company, Rocha and Conran will also have a stake in management and ownership.

The model management firm was founded by former model Rutland in 2001. In fact, Rutland is said to have first discovered the unconventionally gorgeous Rocha when she was a fresh-faced 14-year-old.

As the agency’s new brand director, Rocha will help rising models develop their runway careers and act as a mentor figure. Also, the leggy bombshell will now be officially represented by Nomad for modelling.

On her Instagram account, Rocha shared a black and white snapshot of herself posing for Nomad. In the photo caption, she described her enthusiasm and excitement for her latest fashion venture.

“In my role at NOMAD I’ll help guide the agency as we adapt to the ever-changing face of fashion and technology and I’ll also be available on a personal level as a mentor for all of our models, something I’ve done unofficially for many years now,” she stated.
