For fashionistas who are also secretly comic book geeks, it looks like a sassy new photoshoot for Garage magazine just may offer the best of both worlds. The contemporary art and fashion publication has released images from its latest shoot, which channels the universe of Marvel Comics and features a host of top models.

The photos are inspired by Marvel superheroines, and focus on fashion’s It Girls as they showcase their inner femme fatales. According to The Cut, the shoot was photographed by French fashion photographer Patrick Demarchelier and featured beauty by British makeup artist Pat McGrath.

Staying true to her fierce style, 34-year-old Brazilian bombshell and veteran Victoria’s Secret Angel Adriana Lima steals the spotlight as the She-Hulk. Meanwhile, 27-year-old South African beauty and fellow Angel Candice Swanepoel stuns as Spider-Gwen.

The shoot also stars model and artist Cuba Tornado Scott, who wears funky black leather as Thor, and rising catwalk rebel Lexi Boling as Captain Marvel. Although she is usually known for her all American looks, girl next door Karlie Kloss is surprisingly edgy as she evokes the ultimate bad girl, Black Widow.
