The Golden Globe Nominations Are In

Usually a good predictor of things to come for the Academy Awards, the Golden Globes announced their nominations for the 69th annual awards gala this morning.  The show is set to air live on NBC on Sunday, January 15th from the Grand Ballroom of Beverly Hills’ Beverly Hilton Hotel with controversial host Ricky Gervais returning for a third year.  If anything ratings could climb this year because people are going to want to see if the comedic Brit continues his satirical tirade towards all things Hollywood.   The nominations this year are a diverse field, and could make for an interesting race.
