may have died in 1973, but his eponymous label is still thriving and is currently led by Demna Gvasalia. With the North American debut of this exhibition (which is arranged by London’s Victoria and Albert Museum), fans will get a glimpse at the genius behind Balenciaga. The exhibit promises to take us back to Balenciaga’s early days, including the haute couture scene of the 1950s.
