The dishes are inspired by Bronson’s early years and memories, and range from tacos to Jamaican jerk. Staying true to his streetwise New York City roots, Bronson also writes about cheap yet filling eats, such as bagels with cheese.
5 Ingredients – Quick & Easy Food by Jamie Oliver, HarperCollins Publishers: British celebrity chef Jamie Oliver launches his upcoming book 5 Ingredients on October 24. Oliver’s latest volume is said to be loaded with 130 recipes, such as roast tikka chicken and fish pie. Meanwhile, the chapters cover a variety of dishes, from those made with meat and poultry to noodles and desserts.
Farm to Chef: Cooking Through the Seasons by Lynn Crawford, Penguin Canada: Canadian chef Lynn Crawford focuses on seasonal cooking in her new book of 140 recipes. With a passion for farmer’s markets, Crawford explores the various ingredients from the four seasons of the year. Whether you are craving a slice of apple pie or zucchini bread with walnut honey butter, she claims to cover all the bases- and highlight fresh farm ingredients.
