\nWhat\u2019s more enjoyable than a nice cold cocktail on a hot summer day? These cocktails are all the rave this summer. Try one out and imagine yourself enjoying it by the beach.<\/p>\n

Rosita<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

    1. 5 oz. mescal<\/li>\n
    2. .5 oz. sweet vermouth<\/li>\n
    3. .5 oz. dry vermouth<\/li>\n
    4. .5 oz. Campari<\/li>\n
    5. 1 dash angostura bitters<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Stir over ice and strain into an old fashioned glass. Wipe the rim of the glass with lemon or grapefruit twist<\/p>\n

      Basil Gimlet<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

        1. 2 oz. Botanist gin<\/li>\n
        2. .75 oz. fresh lime juice<\/li>\n
        3. .5 oz. simple syrup<\/li>\n
        4. 3-5 fresh basil leaves<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Add ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with basil leaf.<\/p>\n
