The marketplace takes place at the Enercare Centre (formerly known as the Direct Energy Centre), which is located at Exhibition Grounds.<\/p>\n This year, the festival features a series of Cooking & Cheese Seminars which will teach culinary enthusiasts how to incorporate Canadian cheese into their dishes.
