Cabello stepped out in a scarlet Vivienne Westwood gown which featured a plunging strapless neckline and ruched detail along the mermaid hem. For a finishing touch, the dark-haired beauty styled her red frock with a dangling, decorative crystal clutch by Bulgari.<\/p>\n

In the past couple seasons, British singer songwriter Rita Ora has been making waves with her improved ladylike yet seductive style. The off-the-shoulder embellished neckline, defined waist and thigh-high slit emphasized her curvaceous yet toned figure.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, a voluminous black full-length skirt was added over the form-fitting one-piece.
