Last night, the 44th<\/sup> annual American Music Awards were held at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles. Along with recognizing leading names in musical talent, the AMAs also featured a star-studded red carpet and plenty of sartorial statements. From Selena Gomez to Hailee Steinfeld, here are the best dressed Hollywood sensations of the evening.<\/p>\n

The 24-year-old songstress not only made a heartwarming and passionate speech at the awards show, she also looked every bit the superstar. Gomez, who was titled Favorite Female Artist- Pop\/Rock last night, stepped out in a crimson Prada creation. The classic frock featured a strappy bodice, nipped-in waist and a flowing, voluminous skirt. With a rich colour which flattered her olive complexion and dangling diamond earrings, Gomez proved that timeless elegance is always in style.<\/p>\n

Lady Gaga<\/strong><\/p>\n

While the 30-year-old diva may have once been known for her eccentric fashion sense, Lady Gaga was all glamour on last night\u2019s red carpet. She looked perfectly refined and radiant ivory pantsuit, which featured a jacket with a plunging neckline. The sharp lapels and loose flared trousers suited her toned figure perfectly, while her dramatic wide-brimmed hat offered a vintage inspired touch.<\/p>\n

As the host of the evening, the 21-year-old model certainly lived up to the stylish occasion. Hadid stunned in an intricate, bohemian chic white dress from Roberto Cavalli\u2019s Spring 2017 collection. The airy, feminine frock made a splash with its off-the-shoulder neckline, sheer lace and delicate tiers.<\/p>\n

The 19-year-old actress and songstress looked glamorous and grownup in emerald green, as she arrived in a sequined romper by Elie Saab. Steinfeld\u2019s look involved plenty of glimmering sequins, a deep V-neckline and a wide, waist-cinching belt. To balance out the punchy colour and fierce embellishment, Steinfeld styled the sultry romper with a pair of strappy gold sandals.<\/p>\n
