People’s Choice Awards Best & Worst Dressed

Last night the fans voted for their fave shows & characters at the People’s Choice Awards, while we voted for our favourite fashion star with the best and worst dressed on the red carpet. Here are Real Style Network’s fashion highs and lows at the People’s Choice Awards:

The Good

The critics all agree that the Favourite TV Comedy Actress winner Lea Michele topped the night’s looks in this fringe dress from Marchesa. We love the 20’s vibe and how the draped fringe and beading hugged her curves for a sexy retro effect. Lea completed her flapper inspired style with sparkling Jimmy Choo Senora sandals and drop earrings.

We loved Ginnifer Goodwin‘s pop of colour in this bright pink Roksanda Ilincic sheath dress with bell sleeves. The hot pink shade is perfectly on trend for Spring’s neon hues. She paired the bright number with a Kzeniya clutch, oversized earrings and Jimmy Choo shoes. We absolutely adored Ginnifer’s retro waves to finish off the look.

Ginnifer’s Once Upon A Time co-star Jennifer Morrison also topped our best dressed list with her Oscar de la Renta dress and bag. The lace, embroidered and fringe cream and white dress was beautiful for all of its intricate details.  Jennifer kept her accessories simple with gold Stephen Webster jewelry and nude Casadei pumps. She took a risk with her hair and makeup wearing a large oversized bun and long lashes.

The Bad

Unfortunately there were some fashion misses too.

Ashley Greene who rarely makes a misstep on the red carpet slipped up with this custom made lace and leather DKNY dress. The dress which was paired with Brian Atwood pumps, Jacob & Co. jewelry, and a VBH clutch, just didn’t suit the usually stylish star.

Kelly Osborne‘s colorblocked dress could have been saved from hitting the worst dressed list if it wasn’t for her new hair colour to match. The E! fashion correspondent debuted a new grey hair colour when she walked the red carpet with her mom Sharon in this orange and white Honor dress with Casadei cut-out pumps and Roseark jewels.

Despite winning Favourite New TV Comedy for her show 2 Broke Girls, funny girl Kat Dennings landed a miss with a dress that just didn’t fit her curvaceous figure. Kat’s black wrap dress didn’t appear to fit the star quite right and appeared to have been safety pinned at the bust to keep it closed.
