FASHION NEWS: Vanessa Hudgens For Candie’s, Tory Burch & H&M
Here are some of this week’s fashion news headlines:
Candies has released ads with the new face of the brand, Vanessa Hudgens. Vanessa follows in the footsteps of other singer/actresses Fergie, Hilary Duff and Britney Spears as the youthful face of the affordable fashion and accessories line.
Tory Burch opened her very first store in London this week. To celebrate the store opening, Tory held a dinner for some of England’s most stylish including actress Joely Richardson and celebrity stylist John Frieda. Joely said, “What this city can use is some casual glamour, and that’s what Tory delivers.” (WWD)
H&M has taken the fabrics leftover from their Lanvin collaboration line to create the new Waste collection. A mix and match of different fabrics have been used to create a new very limited collection. The line will debut this weekend, but you may want to call your local H&M to see if they will have it.
