The Wonder Years To Be Rebooted With A Black Family By ABC

The Wonder Years ran for six seasons from 1988 to 1993 on ABC. The show starred Fred Savage as Kevin Arnold, a teenager growing up during the 60s and 70s. ABC is now moving forward with a reboot of the series told from a different perspective, that of a black family during the same time period living in Montgomery, Alabama.

NYPD Blue Sequel Brings Back Some Familiar Faces

NYPD Blue ran for 12 seasons between 1993 and 2005 on ABC. While bringing back old, popular series as either reboots or revivals is starting to become old hat, sequels to popular series isn’t so prevalent as of yet. That may change though if ABC’s sequel to NYPD Blue finds itself perched atop the ratings, and in order to make an attempt to do so, they are bringing back some familiar faces.

The Walking Dead’s Lauren Cohan To Star In ABC Pilot

Fans of The Walking Dead must be holding their breath over this latest news. One of the stars of the hit AMC series, Lauren Cohan, has signed on for a lead role in a new ABC pilot called Whiskey Cavalier. What that means for her future on the long running zombie series is unclear, but fans are hoping it doesn’t mean she will bite the dust before season eight is complete.

Sean Lowe Is The Next Bachelor!

ABC just announced that Sean Lowe will be the next star of The Bachelor. If you watched last season’s The Bachelorette starring Emily Maynard, Sean definitely made an impression on you. Not only was he one of the most fit guys from the group of hopeful bachelors, he was also one of the sweetest. He made it into the top 3 — even bringing Emily back to Texas to meet his folks — but unfortunately didn’t get a rose to join past that point… but his luck has obviously changed! Now it will be the ladies’ turn to woo Sean when he takes the reigns as the next Bachelor. Production of Sean’s season has already begun, but we won’t get to see Sean hand out roses until January 2013. We can’t wait!
