See Which Celebrities Are Taking The Stage For ‘Think It Up’ Education Campaign
These days getting a good education is more important than ever, and on September 11th ABC, CBS, FOX, and NBC will simultaneously air a star-studded event that is aimed at helping improve education in America. The Entertainment Industry Foundation (Or EIF for short) is the group behind the evening, and they’ve brought several famous names along with them.
The televised program is called Think It Up, and it kicks off a campaign that will encourage middle and high school students to work with their teachers to create and develop projects that they are passionate about. the teachers will then post the project proposals online at thinkitup.org, and anyone who wants to contribute funds and support those students can do so. Among the famous faces taking the stage and participating on the program are: Academy Award Winners Gwyneth Paltrow and Matthew McConaughey, Avengers stars Scarlett Johansson and Jeremy Renner, TV hosts Ryan Seacrest and Stephen Colbert, as well as Kristen Bell and Jessica Williams. More stars will be announced soon.
Think It Up is a crowdfunding platform that supports young people, teachers and schools by helping create a culture of excitement about learning everywhere in America. It’s all ready received the support of Staples and The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
