March Vancouver Concerts You Don’t Want To Miss
March is one of those months that it’s hard to make plans outside during due to the changing weather, so why not catch a concert inside instead. If you are in the Vancouver area, March has a lot of big name acts coming through, and with enough variety that you should be able to find something you enjoy.
Leighton Meester: She might be more well known for playing Blair Waldorf on Gossip Girl, but this girl can sing as well. She announced in late January that she was hitting a few cities in late February, early March, and on March 1st she’s bringing her show to the Vogue Theatre in Vancouver. In case you were curious, her musical style is a little pop and a little folky.
Maroon 5, Magic! & Rozzi Crane: If you are looking for a great show, this one could be it. Adam Levine’s Maroon 5 is set to hit Roger’s Arena on March 29th, and they are bringing with them reggae fusion band Magic! and up and coming artist Rozzi Crane who is featured on the Maroon 5 song Come Away To The Water.
Lady Antebellum: The country superstars are coming to the Pacific Coliseum on March 10th. The released their 5th album 747 during the fall of last year, and won the People’s Choice Award earlier this year for Choice Country Group.
Bob Seager: He may be 69 years old, but that doesn’t seem to slow down Bob Seager, who is bringing his collection of hits to Rogers Arena on March 7th. The singer / songwriter has had a career that has spanned 5 decades, and has been inducted into both the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame (2004) and the Songwriter Hall of Fame (2012).
Kings Of Leon: The Kings of Leon haven’t released a new album since 2013’s Mechanical Bull, but the popular band continues to sell out venues all over the world. They hit Vancouver on March 30th at the Roger’s Arena.
