The Hunger Games Wins Big At The 2013 People’s Choice Awards
The Hunger Games was one of the big hits of 2012, and fans let everyone know last night how much they appreciated it by awarding the series 5 trophies; favorite movie, action movie, movie franchise, favorite on-screen chemistry for the trio of young stars and the face of heroism for Jennifer Lawrence. The other big winner of the evening was Katy Perry who picked up three awards, pop artist, female artist, and music video.
The Big Bang Theory’s Kaley Cuoco hosted the event at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles, and the show included performances by Christina Aguilera, Jason Aldean and Alicia Keys.
