Ashley Simpson and her soon to be ex-husband Pete Wentz may be heading towards a custody battle over their 2 year old son Bronx. People is reporting that the two may be heading towards this because Pete filed a divorce response today seeking joint custody of their son, whereas Ashley was looking for sole custody when she filed last month. A source close to Wentz told the magazine “There’s no fire. It’s a very straightforward response asking for joint custody and fair distribution of attorney’s fees. He’s not gearing up for a custody war.” (People)
Rob Lowe is in talks to replace Charlie Sheen on Two and a Half Men. Sheen was just fired yesterday from the show, and all ready someone is in line to replace him. Apparently Warner Brothers has been in touch with his agent about the role. Rob Lowe of course grew up with the Sheen family. Rumors have also placed John Stamos high at the top of the replacement line. (Wenn)
TMZ is reporting that actress Lindsay Lohan is planning on suing the jewelry store that has accused her of stealing a necklace. Her reason? They reportedly sold the surveillance tape to the Associated Press for at least $40,000, and she never gave them the permission to use her image for profit. (TMZ)
