Last August, M.A.C. Cosmetics announced they would launch a collection in honour of late R&B superstar Aaliyah and we finally have some details on the collection and its launch date.<\/p>\n

The AaliyahForMAC<\/a><\/span> collection will be available online on June 20 and in North American stores on June 21. The chic glamour and effortless style of Aaliyah will be represented with a variety of makeup products including lipsticks and eye makeup. M.A.C. shared some product photos on Instagram<\/a><\/span> including one of a rich, nude lip colour housed in stunning packing with Aaliyah signature.<\/p>\n

This collaboration (unlike some others) is supported by the late singer\u2019s family. Her brother voiced his support of the idea on a change.org petition stating that he approved of the idea of a limited-edition collection and that her favourite M.A.C. products were the chelsea lipstick, cherish lipstick, chestnut lip liner, espresso eyeshadow and biscuit eyeshadow.<\/p>\n
