For Spring 2016, the latest beauty trend promises to take eye makeup on an unexpectedly bumpy ride. Known as bubble eyeliner, Popsugar.com<\/a> reports that this eye makeup trend has recently made a statement on social media.<\/p>\n

The look is being popularized by makeup artist Jenny Gonzalez, who recently shared a short Instagram video of her application technique. Staying true to its name, bubble eyeliner features dots of black liquid eyeliner being applied in a row to the upper eyelids. Gonzalez then uses a thin makeup brush to smooth in the makeup, and create striking eyes adorned with fierce bubbled liner.<\/p>\n
