The 29-year-old Orange Is The New Black<\/em> star has officially been titled the latest celebrity spokesperson for Urban Decay, and is certainly an appropriate fit for the gig with her piercing gaze and cropped locks. Perhaps best known for her character Stella Carlin on the hit Netflix series, Rose also stuns away from the screen with her defined eyebrows and fierce tattoos.<\/p>\n
