Beauty Companies Donate To Japan
Watching reports on the devastation in Japan, we all want to find some way we can help. Beauty companies are pitching in and finding different ways that they can support the Japanese relief efforts. Check out what these beauty companies are doing and see if you can find a way to join in:
P&G will be donating $1.2 million including products to help the Japanese people.
L’Oreal is donating $1.3 million to the Japanese Red Cross. The company who also owns The Body Shop and Lancome among other beauty brands is allowing employees to contribute a portion of their wages directly as well.
Japanese beauty brand Shiseido is donating $1.2 million as well as 10,000 bottles of shampoo, soap and disinfectant.
Canadian beauty brand Lush is planning on sending donation shortly including a possible 40,000 bars of soap for survivors.
Temptu is donating $100 from the online sale of every Airbrush Makeup System and Pro Compressors and Kits to the American Red Cross this month.
