Beauty Review: BGP Tries Vaseline Intensive Rescue Line

Vaseline_Clinical_Therapy_300dpiWith winter in full effect, dry skin is going to begin plaguing Canadians across the country. So it is just in time that I received the Vaseline line of Intensive Rescue moisturizers. I had the pleasure of trying the Intensive Rescue Extra Strength Lotion in both scented and unscented and the Clinical Therapy Lotion for those really dry times.

I was instantly drawn to the Clinical Therapy Lotion over the other two. I have drawers full of moisturizers for my hands and body that work just like the regular Intensive Rescue lineĀ (and I’m sure you do too). I wanted to test out something stronger. The Clinical Therapy Lotion claims to be able to lock in moisture for 24 hours. It lives up to it’s claims. When I used it on my very dry skin areas, I noticed that the next day they still felt soft.

For serious help, you can use the Clincal Therapy moisturizer every day for maximum benefit. If you are like me and have normal skin, every other day will suffice to keep your skin feeling smooth.

While all three of the Vaseline Intensive Rescue Lotions work well, I don’t think anyone is going to be running out or changing their favourite brand to get it. They are definately good moisturizers for the winter, but not miracle products.
