START ME UP
Before anything, start with a stretching workout, in order to reduce the risk of strained or sprained muscles or any injuries. Exercises like planking (using your toes and elbows as a form of support while stretching and holding up your body) are also a great way to test yourself. After all, it takes a great warm-up to help you get the fitness results you want to see.

LIFT OFF
For toned arms to flaunt as you wear your favourite sleeveless dress, there’s nothing quite like developing those biceps. Try lifting and tightening those arms with a set of dumbbells for your next workout. They’re a great workout for a small space, with no need for a trek to the gym. To lift properly, start off by standing with your feet apart and your arms at your side. Next, lift
the dumbbells, while keeping your arms locked in place.
