Canada’s largest street level party might not have kicked off the summer like usual, but instead it’s helping bring the summer months to a close. The IHEARTRADIO MMVA’s are expected to bring some of the top musical and
pop culture acts together once more, with the 2017 MMVAS co-host Alessia Cara being one of the expected performers. Also hitting the MMVA stage for the first time ever, will be Halsey and Marshmello with Anne-Marie. The red carpet festivities start at 8 p.m., with the awards show beginning shortly after.

If you are going to hit one fair this year, make it The Ex in Toronto. The annual event started in 1879, and has grown to be the top community event in Canada and one of the top five fairs in North America. Over the course of
18 days, more than 1.5 million visitors will walk through the gate to explore the midway, exhibits, shows and more. .

This year marks the 123rd Natal Day, and over the course of four days 30 events will be held in Halifax and Dartmouth. From family activities to lives music, road races, a comedy night, fireworks and of course one of the oldest parades in Atlantic Canada,

this free festival on the North Shore has been one of West Vancouver’s most popular festivals. Over 100,000 visitors are expected to attend the ten day, family-friendly event.

Ottawa’s Busker Fest runs for
four days across six stages and takes over five blocks on Sparks Street in downtown Ottawa. The street performers you can expect to see include fire-breathers, contortionists, acrobats and more, and have come to entertain from around the world.
