Target has announced that in celebration of coming to Canada they will be teaming up with the Toronto Fashion Incubator to give an emerging Canadian designer the change to sell at Canadian Target stores in 2014. The lucky designer will be the winner of the annual TFI New Labels competition. This is a huge prize for the lucky designer and a big coo for Canadian fashion that Target is willing to work with our designers to help them gain popularity.
