Kerry Washington stunned at the Emmy Awards looking positively ethereal and elegant in her Marchesa gown. Soft sophistication paired with classic simplicity was the perfect canvas for her full red carpet curls. Celebrity hairstylist Marcus Francis created the look using Leonor Greyl products and said, “It is a big day for Kerry being a nominee for Best Actress in a Drama Series, and we both wanted to make this look a memorable one.”

To copy this look just like Kerry, begin by prepping hair with the Leonor Greyl Masque Quintessence allowing it to soak into your strands for 15 minutes, which will help promote a healthy shine.
Next, cleanse the scalp and hair with Shampooing Reviviscence, and seal strands from heat damage using Condition Naturelle on towel-dried hair from root to tip. For added volume comb through a large amount of Mousse au Lotus Volumatrice into ends, and blow-out using a medium sized round brush. S
et a large Velcro roller at the crown, and section off hair into 2 inch sections before spraying Voluforme. Wrap hair around 1 1/4″ curling iron, and pin each section to encourage volume and hold. Wrap curls away from the face alternating directions in the back, and wrap hair around once to create a bend at the eyes for face framing layers.
After styling, unpin the sections and remove the Velcro roller before brushing out curls and teasing the crown for a soft shape and added height.
Work in a small amount of Éclat Naturel styling cream to seal the ends preventing unruly frizz. Finally, tuck hair behind ear holding it in place with a pin, and spritz strands with a coat of Spray Structure Naturelle for noticeably soft red carpet curls.
