Whether you’re looking for insight on healthy eating or yoga, here are a few new books which will certainly offer motivation.

Hungry Girl Clean & Hungry: Easy All-Natural Recipes for Healthy Eating in the Real World by Lisa Lillien, St. Martin’s Griffin: As a New York Times-bestselling author who launched the Hungry Girl brand, Lisa Lillien is best known for creating daily email alerts which offer recipe ideas and food inspiration. In her latest read (which hits the shelves on April 5), Lillien focuses on all-natural ingredients and simple, nutritious recipes. Foodies can expect to discover 90 vegetarian recipes and 108 gluten-free recipes, which range from main courses to dessert ideas.

Aim True: Love Your Body, Eat Without Fear, Nourish Your Spirit, Discover True Balance! by Kathryn Budig, William Morrow Paperbacks: As a yoga teacher, Kathryn Budig also gives speeches which aim to teach more than just the basics of mastering your asanas. Her new book is released on March 29, and focuses on meditation, eating well and homeopathic beauty. At the same time, avid yogis can look forward to learning new sequences and embarking on a 5-day purification process.

Eating Clean: The 21-Day Plan to Detox, Fight Inflammation, and Reset Your Body by Amie Valpone and Mark Hyman, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt: Author Amie Valpone once struggled with chronic illnesses (including Leaky Gut Syndrome), but later discovered that a clean diet kept her symptoms under control. As the founder of detox and healthy eating website TheHealthyApple.com, Valpone has joined forces with American doctor and author Mark Hyman. Their new tome (which was released on March 8) offers 200 vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free recipes, along with a 2-week meal plan and a 21-Day Elimination Diet.

The Stash Plan: Your 21-Day Guide to Shed Weight, Feel Great, and Take Charge of Your Health by Laura Prepon and Elizabeth Troy, Touchstone: This healthy eating guide is a collaboration between Orange Is the New Black actress Laura Prepon and integrative nutritionist Elizabeth Troy. After discovering that holistic medicine could help with her weight, energy and digestive issues, Prepon decided to partner with Troy on this new read. The 21-day Stash Plan uses traditional holistic medicine, in an attempt to detox the system and also offer budget-friendly and balanced meal ideas.
