Red has replaced purple as an accent color for this fall/winter season. The fastest way to update your wardrobe is to invest in a statement piece or hot accessory. It will also give you that instant splash of colour to brighten up a mostly black or gray color palette this season.

A knock out red dress is a good choice for the holiday season. Wear with bold shiny jewelry. Pair a red cardigan or leather jacket with  black or gray tone on tone pants/turtleneck or dress. Don’t mix colors.

Accessories are of course the fastest way to add color and will be most cost efficient as well. Invest in good quality here as the colour will attract attention to your piece. Pair a soft pair of leather gloves with a red scarf or belt.
