The cute and quirky Lilly Scott went home last night. The judges adored her. Everyone seemed to like her. Personally, I didn’t really get all of the hype. I didn’t understand her. Apparently America didn’t either.

Katelyn Epperly was the other girl sent packing. Katelyn had her ups and downs on American Idol. She wasn’t consistent enough even if her Coldplay cover last week was great.

The guys who left were expected. Todrick Hall finally succumbed to his streak of bad performances. He was good this week on American Idol, but it wasn’t enough. Alex Lambert also said goodbye. It’s a shame because he was just starting to shine. I wish Tim Urban had of gone instead.

The biggest buzz today comes from former Idol contestants Scott Macintyre and Matt Giraud. They performed a duet of “Tell Her About It” on pianos. Matt’s vocals were amazing. I forgot all about him until now. Watch the performance here:

The tour is titled “The Legally Prohibited From Being Funny on Television Tour” and O’Brien has promised a “half-assed comedy and music tour.” In true O’Brien fashion, according to a just released statement, expect a night of music, comedy, hugging and the occasional awkward silence.

He told Larry King, “They need to stop jumping the gun… They need to stop saying it’s a drug overdose. They need to stop saying, you know, their theories of what they think it is or isn’t. Because at the end of the day, until the coroner’s report comes out, until we have specific evidence, until we know exactly what the toxicology reports say, nobody knows. And nobody is going to know.”

Corey Feldman speculated that his symptoms could have been related to a number of things including kidney failure or heart disease. He admitted that Corey Haim was taking prescription medication and was very alone. People Magazine reports Corey Haim had been caring for his mother who battling breast cancer.

I am just going to skip to the end of the show. Michael Lynche closed out the night with “This Woman’s Work” by Maxwell. This big guy brought the house down. He sang better than I knew he could. Kara DioGuardi was crying her eyes out at the judges table. He showed that this is going to be a fight to the finish.

The other one who came out of the woodwork was Todrick Hall. Todrick hasn’t been good yet. He has barely scraped through with his singing. Tonight on American Idol he proved why he was there with Queen’s “Somebody To Love.”

Lee Dewyze continued his strong singing Owl City’s “Fireflies.” He made me actually appreciate that song.

The rest of the guys were fairly mediocre. It is anyone’s game at this point. Casey James and Aaron Kelly were strong, but not interesting. Their past performances will carry them through. Andrew Garcia attempted to gain the popularity back by covering “Genie In A Bottle.” It was ok, but he seems to be trying too hard now. He needs to just relax.

Tim Urban and Alex Lambert are the odd ones out. The judges loved Tim’s cover of “Hallelujah.” It didn’t work for me. Alex Lambert sounded great, but it may be too late for him to recover from bad performances.

Tomorrow we get our top 12. It will be interesting to see what happens when the girls and guys go head to head.

Last year, Edis Kayalar was arrested for attempting to blackmail Cindy Crawford and her husband Rande Gerber. He has now been sentenced by a German court to two years behind bars.

People Magazine reports that Kayalar, was convicted of threatening to sell what he called a “sexy” photo of the couple’s then 7-year-old daughter tied to a chair with a gag in her mouth. The child apparently was playing when the photo was taken, according to authorities.

In a statement Wednesday, Crawford and Gerber said, “We want to express our gratitude to the FBI, the U.S. District Attorney’s Office in Los Angeles and the German law-enforcement authorities for their coordination and efforts in this case.”

Leaving New Jersey won’t exactly be difficult for the cast (it’s a little too chilly to film at this time of year) and the whole cast is expected to reunite for the second season.

Season 2 will begin airing on MTV later this year.

Police report that 38-year-old Corey Haim died of an accidental overdose at 3:30 am this morning, according to KTLA News in Los Angeles. An autopsy will be done to determine the exact cause of death.

Corey Haim had a long history of substance abuse problems. It was even publicized on his reality show, The Two Coreys. On the show, his long time friend Corey Feldman tried to help Haim.

This Canadian actor first broke into the business on the CBC television show The Edison Twins. Corey Haim rose to fame with popular 80’s movies Lucas, The Lost Boys and License To Drive. He moved back to Toronto in 2004 claiming he was clean. The Two Coreys aired for two seasons and even earned Corey Haim a Gemini nomination. Corey Feldman refused to sign on for a third season until Haim recovered from his addition problems.

According to US Weekly, the lawsuit is over the use of the name “Lindsay” in the recent E-Trade tv commercial that aired during the Super Bowl. In the ad, the E-Trade baby apologizes to his girlfriend for not calling her the night before. ”And that milkaholic Lindsay wasn’t over?” the baby girl asks before another baby girl pops into the screen saying, “Milk-a-whaaat?”

For Lindsay this is a perfect way to cash in and her legal team is making every effort to speak out on their position. ”Many celebrities are known by one name only, and E-Trade is using that knowledge to profit,” Lohan’s lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia, said in a statement to the New York Post. “They’re using her name as a parody of her life. Why didn’t they use the name Susan? This is a subliminal message. Everybody’s talking about it and saying it’s Lindsay Lohan.”

Real Style Celebrity & Entertainment previously told you that the sex tape was being shopped around. Now TMZ reports that an internet site is streaming the alleged Rozlyn Papa sex tape for all to see.

Rozlyn’s reps told the celebrity gossip site they had no knowledge of the existence of any tape. Those who have seen the tape say it’s definitely her.

Rozlyn Papa already had a lot of scandal surrounding her before this alleged sex tape. She was the contestant who repeated denied an alleged affair with one of the crew. We are hoping her 15 minutes of fame are about up.

Of all the awards on this evening, none were really a surprise. Sandra Bullock and Meryl Streep, along with the awards for Best Picture/Director, were the only races of the entire night. I’d say that unless you were living under a rock anyone would have been able to pick who would win the other top awards based on movie critics predictions, which made for a rather dull show. There were some highlights however that did make it at least a little worthwhile. Steve Martin and Alec Baldwin managed to supply a few chuckles, Neil Patrick Harris did an amazing job kicking the show off with a song and dance number, the tribute to John Hughes was truly moving (especially with Molly Ringwald introducing it), and like usual the In Memoriam montage was unforgettable. The only issue I had with the montage is that they included Michael Jackson, but not Farrah Fawcett or Bea Arthur. Sure Michael Jackson was the King of Pop, but his influence on Hollywood wasn’t as large as those two ladies. They may have been better known as television stars, but he was definitely better known for his music.

As an avid movie fan and a fan of the Academy Awards show, I’d have to say this one was pretty lackluster. There were no grand, moving speeches, Miley Cyrus seemed too nervous to be on stage, Kristen Stewart didn’t crack a smile (but then again does she ever?), musician T-Bone Burnett didn’t say a thing after co-winning the award for Best Original Song (apparently he was sick), and Jack Nicholson wasn’t there wearing his trademark sunglasses and smile. History may have been made last night, but we here at Real Style Network’s Celebrities and Entertainment Blog are hoping for a better showing next year. Brooke wrote on her Modern Mom website: “Today is one of the most exciting days ever!!! With the exception of my family and children, today tops the list of all my professional endeavors!!! I was sworn to secrecy until the GMA announcement and the ABC press release went out. So now that it’s public… I am thrilled beyond words to have landed the Co-Host gig for Dancing with The Stars!”

Since the cast was announced last week, we have been patiently waiting for the new on the host. The competition for the new host was fierce. We told you about all of the possible contenders here including Spice Girl Mel B and Access Hollywood’s Nancy O’Dell. Brooke Burke beat them out. It helps that Brooke is already familiar with the Dancing With The Stars set and staff. She did win the show in 2008 after all.

Brooke will star her new job alongside co-host Tom Bergeron on Dancing With the Stars on March 22nd.

The Oscar for Best picture went to The Hurt Locker. Best Director: Kathryn Bigelow,( this is the first time that the Oscar went to a woman director). Sandra Bullock took the Oscar for Best Actress for The Blind Side and Jeff Bridges Best Actor for Crazy Heart. Avatar won all the technical and set direction awards.

New Moon director Chris Weitz says that the new Twilight movie, Eclipse, is going to be “steamy.” While Weitz is not the director of New Moon, David Slade is directing the next movie, he has seen the script. The New Moon director said the scene in the tent with Bella and Jacob sharing a sleeping bag is going to be very steamy.

Naomi Campbell has released a statement about the police incident she was involved in earlier this week. Her statement said, “On Tuesday 2nd March, I was accused of unacceptable behaviour towards a driver in New York. I have worked very hard on correcting my previous wrongdoings, and I will not be held hostage to my past. I try to treat everyone with respect.” The driver involved in the incident has said the whole thing was a “misunderstanding” and he wished he hadn’t called the police.

Best Actor: This is really a two man race between Jeff Bridges and Colin Firth. In our opinion Jeff Bridges should take home the statue. This is his fifth nomination, and it’s very deserving for his portrayal of a washed-up country-western singer looking to turn his life around. Colin Firth however has received a lot of buzz, and could sneak in and claim the prize.

Best Actress: Sandra Bullock or Meryl Streep? Who do you pick? Both won Golden Globes for their performances, and both deserve to win. Meryl has been nominated sixteen times now, but she hasn’t won since 1982 for Sophie’s Choice. Sandra on the other hand has her first nomination. Everyone is talking about Sandra Bullock finally breaking through, but the academy has been kind to portrayals of real people. We’ll give this one to Mrs. Streep.

Best Supporting Actor and Actress: We’ll group these categories together because both are easy to pick. Christoph Waltz will win for Inglorious Basterds, and Mo’Nique will win for Precious. These are usually two of the hardest categories to pick, but this year it’s pretty easy. Both actors have turned a lot of heads for these roles, and both deserve to win.

Best Animated Feature Film: Up will win. It’s been nominated in this category and in Best Picture, but this is where it will win. Fantastic Mr. Fox has an outside chance, but that’s the only one. Up was one of the best movies of last year, and one of Pixar’s best of all time.

Best Movies and Director: I know, I know these are two separate categories, but 74% of the time the person who wins the Best Director goes on to see his film win as well. With ten pictures being nominated this year and still only five directors we can automatically eliminate other contenders. Only three films have won Best Picture without their director being nominated, and only two directors have won without their film being nominated. So goodbye District 9, A Blind Side, A Serious Man, Up, and An Education. That’s a bit of a shame because District 9 was definitely one of the best, if not the best movie of the year. What this leaves us with is an interesting mess. Avatar will have the popular vote, but The Hurt Locker should win and its director Kathryn Bigelow with it. Even with the controversy surrounding this film thanks to the producer’s actions, The Hurt Locker will still grab the top prize of the night.

On the Pumpkins’ Breakup:
“Rather than break up the band, what I should have done is chuck James [Iha] out,” Corgan says. “I should have just said to Jimmy [Chamberlin], ‘You go to rehab, and we’ll continue, and James, get the fuck out of here.’ Instead, I fell on my sword for James, for what I thought was a friend.”

On “Loving” Jessica Simpson:
“If I go, ‘Oh, we’re just friends,’ then it’s like, ‘Did they go out, did he dump her or she dump him, what happened?’ It has nothing to do with any of that. Sometimes people just like being around each other, and good things come out of that. My goal in life is to love whoever I think is worth loving, and I think if people knew her like I knew her, they would love her like I do. It’s really simple.”
