Various news outlets are reporting today that best selling rapper and actor T.I. and his wife, reality star Tameka “Tiny” Cottle were arrested for possession of a controlled substance in Hollywood last night.
TMZ broke the story reporting that L.A. County Sheriff’s deputies pulled over the multi-platinum selling rapper and his wife in a Maybach on Sunset Boulevard around 10:18PM. When searching the vehicle, cops found a controlled substance. Law enforcement sources told TMZ that the controlled substance was not cocaine, but rather the class of controlled substance that triggered the arrest included methamphetamines and ecstasy.
This new arrest comes at a bad time for the rapper. He’s currently on probation after serving nine months in prison on federal weapons charges. Ironically, he recently told CNN’s Larry King that he was ready to break free of his troubled past. “Well, I’m just ready to put the bad things behind me and look forward to the future and, you know, just move forward and evolve — continue to evolve.”
Both T.I. and Tameka “Tiny” Cottle posted bail early this morning.

As we told you two weeks ago Michael Douglas announced that he has throat cancer (something he discovered after suffering persistent throat and ear pain), and now he’s given an exclusive interview to People Magazine.
In the interview Michael talks about the radiation and chemotherapy he’s undergoing to combat the tumor at the base of his tongue. He tells the magazine that “it’s a fight,” and that ”it really knocks you out.” They even talk to his wife Catherine Zeta-Jones who says “the hardest part is seeing his fatigue, because Michael is never tired.”
Both Michael and Catherine are optimistic about a full recovery.

In a new interview with Vanity Fair magazine actress Lindsay Lohan claims that she was never addicted to drugs or Alcohol. She tells the magazine that “If I were the alcoholic everyone says I am, then putting a (SCRAM) bracelet on would have ended me up in detox, in the emergency room, because I would have had to come down from all the things that people say I’m taking. I’ve never abused prescription drugs. I never have – never in my life. I have no desire to. That’s not who I am. I’ve admitted to the things that I’ve done – to, you know, dabbling in certain things and trying things ’cause I was young and curious and thought it was like, OK, ’cause other people were doing it and other people put it in front of me. And I see what happened in my life because of it.”
She admits to misbehaving, and that a the reason for her downfall was being young and wealthy in Hollywood, with no one to stop her.
Hopefully her stint in prison and rehab has helped her get her head screwed on right. She claims that she wants her career back.
“I don’t care what anyone says,” Lohan tells the magazine. ”I know that I’m a damn good actress… And I know that in my past I was young and irresponsible – but that’s what growing up is. You learn from your mistakes.”

Congratulations to celebrity stylist Phillip Bloch on getting his own reality show. This in from Hollywood Reporter :
“Uber-stylist Phillip Bloch, whose A-list clients have included Halle Berry, Salma Hayek and Jada Pinkett-Smith, will get his own reality TV show based on his jet-set life as a celebrity stylist.
In addition to getting leading ladies glam for the red carpet, the show will focus on Bloch’s philanthropic efforts and many fashion industry friends. Keisha Whitaker and her partner Brian Neal at Henry Island Productions are set to produce.
While no network has been announced, the show is reportedly being shopped to VH1, TV Land and the Style Network.
Real Style Network chatted with Phillip Bloch about the latest fashion trends last year and he was right on trend and even a year ahead, check out the interview here and here. See what he said about leopard prints?

We told you earlier about Paris Hilton’s arrest over the weekend, and now it doesn’t come as a huge surprise that she was charged today with felony drug possession. According to People.com Paris had “8 grams of cocaine, cigarette wrappers commonly used for marijuana and a broken tablet of Albuterol” when she was pulled over because the officer smelled marijuana coming from her vehicle. The charge carried a maximum sentence of 4 years in jail.
This is the third drug incident Hilton has faced this year. In July she was held by police on the French island of Corsica, and earlier in South Africa during the World Cup. This of course isn’t Paris’ first brush with the law, as it was three years ago that she spent time in jail for violating her parole.

By now you probably have read that Paris Hilton has once again been arrested. This time for cocaine possession which she claims wasn’t hers. Last time she was arrested for Marijuana use at FIFA and once again she said it wasn’t hers ( and got out of charge). Paris Hilton has already served time in jail in 2007 for drunk driving.
So back to our question. What’s going on with Paris Hilton? At 29 is she too old to be acting like a teenager and getting busted for drugs and drinking or is this just the beginning of a whole bad news trend for her?
Interestingly while Paris seemed to be the talk of the town a few years back, very little positive news has been heard about her. Other IT girls, known for being reality stars and nothing much else have taken the spotlight. Kim Kardashian and her sisters for example.
Nicole Richie, her one time reality co-star and best friend and then enemy and then friend, seemed to have become a respectable mother of two and a noted fashion designer. In the meantime Paris Hilton’s own line of shoes and clothes seems to have faded in the background. Her who wants to be Paris Hilton’s My New BFF show fizzled as well, with the so called best friend not working out ( surprise, surprise).
Is Paris Hilton just a has been at this point? Who knows, maybe she will stage a brilliant come back, but in the meantime these arrests are sure not helping her!

Miley Cyrus and Australian boyfriend Liam Hemsworth have broken up. This time for real according to Us Weekly. Rumors have been persisting for quite some time now that the pair had broken up, but back in June Miley slammed the rumors saying that it wasn’t so. The two met back in 2009 during the filming of The Last Song.
Speaking of romances, John Mayer fueled rumors of a reconciliation with Jennifer Aniston. Wenn is reporting that John gave “an emotional speech to fans at his gig in Los Angeles, telling the crowd: ‘I believe in second chances! You might have been a pain in the a** the last time around, but you can still start over again from home base. Next time you get a text from the one you love just text back ‘come over’ – no matter what happened in the past. If you really love someone, just tell them and be with them.’” The pair broke up last year, but recently rumors have been swirling that the couple have gotten back together.

Dancing with the Stars is set to premiere on September 20th and rumours are flying regarding possible cast members.
US Weekly is now reporting that the always entertaining David Hasselhoff has been confirmed as a cast member for the 11th season. Since leaving America’s Got Talent, Hasselhoff has been working on his much discussed, upcoming reality show and his participation on Dancing with Stars is a real coup for the show as it aims to continue its strong ratings for season 11.
Other rumoured cast members include former NFL player Troy Aikman, Jersey Shore’s Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino, singer Brandy and reality star Audrina Patridge.
Dancing with the Stars host Tom Bergeron will officially announce the entire season 11 cast of Dancing with the Stars on August. 30.

Ever since it became public knowledge that Tiger Woods had been cheating on his wife Elin Nordegren, she kept quiet and refused to speak to the media. On Monday however their divorce became final, and now People Magazine has an exclusive interview with the 30 year old beauty and have put her on the cover of their latest issue.
“I have been through the stages of disbelief and shock, to anger and ultimately grief over the loss of the family I so badly wanted for my children,” Elin told People Magazine.
In the interview Elin discusses the drama she’s had to deal with, as well as her hopes for the future. ”My immediate plan is for the kids and me to continue to adjust to our new situation. I am going to keep taking classes, but my main focus is to try to give myself time to heal,” she says.
If you expect Elin to continue talking to the media think again, the mother of two clearly stated this interview was her first and would be her last as she intends to continue being a private person.

Second City and Saturday Night Live Alumni Martin Short is in mourning following the death of his wife of 30 years.
According to Radaronline.com Nancy Dolman passed away on Saturday at the couple’s Pacific Palisades home. The cause of death has yet to be revealed, but she was diagnosed with cancer in 2007 and underwent surgery to remove a growth in her left groin area.
Nancy was an actress herself, guest starring in 10 episodes of the 1980’s cult TV show Soap.
She is survived by Martin and the couple’s three children, Katherine, Oliver and Henry.

True Blood stars Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer tied the knot in a private ceremony in Malibu on Saturday. People Magazine wrote that Paquin wore a “white halterneck gown and Neil Lane jewelry with her hair in an updo” while Moyer was “clad in a dark suit” The couple were said to have “exchanged vows at sunset under a white tent at a beachside villa.” It was a year ago that the two were engaged, when Moyer proposed with a vintage style ring on the beach.
It’s been Betty White’s year. After drawing attention to herself with a widely popular Superbowl ad, Betty White became an internet sensation when a Facebook group started a petition to get her to host Saturday Night Live. The ploy worked, and SNL had White host the show last Spring. Now the guest spot has won her an Emmy for best guest host. Pretty remarkable stuff for the 88 year old.

This past weekend was a busy one for former reality stars Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt. The two engaged in a heated war of words on twitter regarding various sex tapes they made while married.
Pratt wrote on Twitter, “Promises you the Citizen Kane of sex tapes. Honestly, Orson Wells makes a guest appearance. The sex tape will not feature any bisexuality. It will however feature trisexuality. Also – a triceratops.“
Pratt also revealed yesterday that he has a tape featuring his ex-wife getting intimate with Playboy Playmate Karissa Shannon. Shannon confirmed a tape exists, but doesn’t believe Pratt has access to it.
Montag herself hasn’t commented specifically on the existence of any tapes, but did send out a note via twitter on Friday asking her followers for their prayers and love.
Pratt has stated that he will not release the tapes if Montag agrees to do a reality show with him. If she refuses, the tapes will go to the higher bidder. Pratt is already shopping the tapes around to various porn companies including Vivid Entertainment.
