Rumours were flying this weekend that former Baywatch babe Pamela Anderson is joining the next season of Dancing with the Stars. Everyone from The LA Times to Fox News was reporting on it.  

According to RadarOnline.com (they originally broke the story), “she really wanted to do the show and the show thought it was a great idea,” a source said.  

Could it be true? She has had a rough time of it lately. Rumours were rampant last year of her being broke and apparently her fashion and beauty lines are struggling to stay afloat. If she needs the money, it makes sense. If not, she should avoid this d-list celebrity circus.

Pamela is not the only name being mentioned for the new season. To our surprise, John Stamos is also considering doing the show.  

ABC will not comment on the reports, but has said that the new cast will be announced in early March. We’ll keep you posted!
