In the wee hours of Friday morning, Tiger Woods crashed his Cadillac SUV into a fire hydrant and then a tree while pulling out of his driveway leaving him with cuts and bruises. Innocent enough? Maybe, but now he isn’t cooperating with the police on their investigation and is asking people to leave him alone.

Something smells fishy here, Tiger.

Police say the wreck isn’t alcohol-related. The woman some claimed to be Tiger’s mistress who was somehow involved, has denied that she is sleeping with the golf pro. But still Tiger Woods won’t give a statement to the police, which they say is strange in such a minor accident.

TMZ is now reporting that police may be getting a warrant to search the Woods’ house for evidence of spousal abuse. Not on Tiger, but against his wife Elin Nordegren. They will be looking to see if Tiger’s injuries are consistent with the crash or a beating with a golf club.

Wow, wouldn’t that be quite the twist. We will keep you posted with more details as soon as we know.
