It’s no secret that many of the girls that star in MTV’s “The Hills” have had plastic surgery.  Rumours have run rampant for years about stars Audrina Patridge, Heidi Montag and Lauren Conrad.  Heidi admitted last year to plastic surgery, due in large part to the fact that she couldn’t deny it, it was much too obvious.  She had her lips, breasts and nose all done.  She even went on the cover of US Magazine to talk about her story.  Over the past year, Audrina Patridge has been the butt of many jokes and rumours regarding her much enhanced chest area.  She has been rumored to have had her lips, chest and cheeks done.     

Now the latest “Hills” stars to have had plastic surgery are Stephanie Pratt and former Playmate of the Year Jayde Nicole.  The buzz on the internet is that she has undergone breast augmentation (no surprise there), a nose job and lip injections.  Stephanie Pratt has been accused on getting cheeks implant and lip injections.

We at CanadaBeauty actually find this all a little disturbing.  “The Hills” is an incredibly popular show for teenage girls and looking at the stars of the show, only a few of these young twenty-something’s have not had plastic surgery!  The key thing for both young women and parents to remember is that plastic surgery is not only unnecessary, but it can actually make you look older and in some cases, worse.  With Stephanie Pratt and Heidi Montag in particular,  its very obvious that work has been done and they often look older than they are.
