Victoria’s Secret 2017 Fashion Show Featured Some Hot New Models
This year, the highly anticipated Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show took over Shanghai at the Mercedez-Benz Arena. As the annual lingerie extravaganza was held on November 28, embellished ensembles and angel wings rule the runway, alongside performances by Harry Styles, Miguel, Leslie Odom Jr. and Jane Zhang. The 2017 lineup of models included the likes of Candice Swanepoel, Bella Hadid and Alessandra Ambrosio, with newcomers Vanessa Moody, Frida Aasen, Amilna Estevao and Estelle Chen also gracing the VS catwalk. Vanessa Moody, high-profile model from Mississippi makes her debut as an angel at this year’s Victoria Secret Fashion Show. The 21-year-old model is certainly no stranger to the realm of fashion, as she has appeared in a number of Vogue issues and walked the runways for Alexander Wang, Valentino, Givenchy, Chanel and more.
Frida Aasen, the 22-year-old Norwegian it-girl, joins the current roaster of Victoria’s Secret beauties. She has been featured in a number of VS photo shoots in the past, but makes her first appearance on stage this year. She definitely knows how to rock a runway, working for designers like Anna Sui, Derek Lam and Tory Burch.
Amilna Estevao, an 18-year-old model from Nigeria, makes her biggest career breakthrough at this year’s Victoria Secret Fashion Show. In the past, she was featured in Paper magazine, appeared on the cover of New York Times T Magazine and modelled for Tom Ford.
Estelle Chen is a rising 20-year-old model of Chinese descent who was born in Paris. She was first recognized as being the face of Dior Haute Couture 2015/2016, and has modelled for some of the biggest names in fashion, including Victoria Beckham.
