Adele Receives A Royal Honour
Adele is known to have one of the most powerful and soulful set of vocal chords out there, and apparently her talents have not gone unnoticed by the Royal family. Adele has already won Grammy’s for her righteous records, and a Golden Globe, as well as an Oscar for her efforts in James Bond ‘Skyfall.’ Today, Adele received a royal honour by Prince Charles himself, adding an ‘MBE’ medal to her list of accomplishments.

The 25 year old year Adele was all smiles when receiving this prestigious honour that is reserved for ‘exemplary British subjects.’ The Royal honour was given to Adele at Buckingham Palace today, and she was dressed for success in a gorgeous green and blue tea length dress with floral detailing, as well as her signature bouffant and sleek black stilettos.

The singing sensation was introduced into the ballroom as Miss Adele Adkins, and before being given the Royal honour, Adele shared a short chat with Prince Charles, as well as a few laughs and a handshake. The Prince pinned the award for her “services to music,” which comes as a real honour for the young singer, as the award stands for ‘Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire.’ We will continue to expect big things from Adele, as her voice and lyrics carry power and now prestige.
