Last night on the triumphant return of Mad Men, Jessica Pare’s character Megan enchanted us in this little black chiffon dress. Megan wore the dress to Don’s 40th birthday party on the show, where she sang and did a provocative dance for him in front of all of his co-workers. Her voice was beautiful, but we couldn’t take our eyes off of the great dress with its flowing pleated sleeves.
