While the unique design isn’t for everyone, we applaud Olivia Palermo for rocking this dress so that we can get a closer look. The embroidery moves from white to blue to black to sheer. Olivia accessorized like a pro with multi-coloured pumps, a burgundy clutch, a large gold cocktail ring, silver necklace and black blazer.
