Kate Middleton Makes A Statement In Prabal Gurung Dress In Singapore

Kate Middleton may have arrived in Singapore wearing a pink kimono-style Jenny Packham dress to kick off the Diamond Jubilee tour with Prince William, but she quickly made an exciting outfit change. The Duchess of Cambridge wore this stunning Prabal Gurung long-sleeved shift dress to the welcome ceremony.

As always, Kate put a lot of thought into her outfit. Gurung, although currently New York-based, is originally from Singapore. Kate is notorious for wearing clothes by designers who have ties to the places she visits (Remember when she wore Canadian label Smythe’s blazer on her tour of Canada?). We love how Kate looks in this electric purple graphic print dress. It’s a more bold and edgy look than we’re used to seeing Kate in, but the Duchess never stops surprising us with her fashion choices.
