Michael Phelps could get his Olympic medals stripped for his Louis Vuitton ads! Michael stripped down and got in the bathtub for famed photographer Annie Leibovitz for his recent campaign for Louis Vuitton. It turns out that Michael might be losing a lot more than his clothes over the campaign.

The campaign was set to run August 16 in order to comply with the International Olympic Committee’s Rule 40, which says athletes can’t promote any non-Olympic sponsors from July 18 to August 15. Unfortunately, the photos got leaked early and now Phelps might be in serious trouble. Both Louis Vuitton and Phelps insist they had nothing to do with the leak. We think it would be a little ridiculous for the record-setting Olympian to lose his medals this way, especially since he had nothing to do with the leak. We’re curious to find out who did!
