Kate Middleton wowed crowds at the opening ceremonies of the London Olympic Games wearing a Christopher Kane coat dress. The “eau de nil” satin ensemble was designed by British designer Christopher Kane, who also happens to be the British Fashion Awards designer of the year. Kane custom-made the trench dress for Kate specifically for the opening ceremonies.

I love Giles Deacon, how amazing would it be to see Kate in one of his creations
I thought this dress was too conservative and it looked awefully hot for a summer day. Poor thing must have been dying in that. Cute though that it matched the Queen’s outfit in colour. Would be lovely to see her in a Vivienne Westwood gown..very regal
it is nice but i agree its a weird choice for july.
She’s feelin hot hot hot!
