Duchess Catherine, or Kate Middleton has stolen the show, the fashion show that is, at the Queen’s diamond jubilee celebrations earlier in London today. Coming out in full support of British fashion, the lovely wife of Prince William, wore red Alexander McQueen.
Wearing what has become her signature modest, yet fashionable style, Kate Middleton’s dress featured pleats just above the knee and long sleeves. The fashion angle to the dress was added in the form of clever side flaps which made the dress appear as though it had a jacket on top.
Kate paired the dress with red accessories-the clutch perfectly matched the smartly positioned hat, designed for her by the royal milliner Sylvia Fletcher. She wore the red outfit with skin coloured high heeled pumps.
Kate kept her jewelry to a minimum with a pair of earrings and a royal navy pin on her left side.
All in all, an outfit strategically positioned to stand out and be noticed!
