Best Dressed at the 2012 MMVA’s

There were no shortage of celebrities on the red carpet at the Much Music Video Awards last night, with performers and presenters including Katy Perry, Nelly Furtado, Selena Gomez, Lucy Hale, Shenae Grimes and Carly Rae Jespen. There were so many looks we loved, including Shenae Grimes’ edgy look and Carly Rae Jepsen’s hair and makeup. But when it came to best dressed three of our favourite outfits were courtesy of Katy Perry, Lucy Hale and Selena Gomez.

KATY PERRY: We love seeing celebrities wear Canadian fashion and we’re big fans of Katy’s gorgeous black sheer gown designed by Sonny Fong of VAWK. We particularly couldn’t take our eyes off the statement gold detailing around the neckline.

LUCY HALE: Pretty Little Liars star Lucy Hale, kept things classy in a burgundy dress, rocking one of the season’s hottest trends: the peplum. She paired the pretty frock with a metallic clutch from Edie Parker, studded earrings and grey pumps.

SELENA GOMEZ: You can’t go wrong with a sparkly number on the red carpet, which is why we love Selena’s gold mini dress that she opted to wear with a pair of gold sandals.
