Sarah Jessica Parker wore a billowing black gown by the late Alexander McQueen and received much press for her Phillip Treacy headpiece, Kim Cattrall wore a black strapless vintage Thierry Mugler gown, Kristin Davis wore a vintage gold Norman Norell gown, Cynthia Nixon wore a teal Narciso Rodriguez gown.
