Teh skirt is adorable. It is a bit expensive but a great piece.
Designer clothing is often better made and is made with higher quality fabric, this is why it costs that much more. Nevertheless, some of the cost is not justifiable to an average consumer. For example a $400.00 t-shirt. Investement buying is another story altogether. Meaning you buy designer or high end products that carry a high value or are pretty much guaranteed to last a lifetime. This is where it’s worth paying more.
