Sean John has opened up their first green pop-up store in Miami. According to WWD, the new pop-up store is made entirely from recycled materials, from the furniture to the packaging materials. The store will be open through most of February. It includes a display of eco-friendly furniture from the Eastern District gallery. Sean John says that this is just the first of a series of green stores for the clothing line.
The Olsen twins are expanding their fashion line even further by adding a new denim collection. Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen announced this week that they are creating a new line of luxury denim called Textile. Grazia reports that the young fashion designers were inspired to create the line by the jeans in their own closets. There is no launch date as of yet.
Coach is opening their first men’s-only store. The first men’s-only Coach store will sit in New York’s West Village and feature leather goods, shoes, outerwear, watches and fragrances. Stylelist reports that Coach hopes to use this venue to expand their current menswear line.
